ITRIS Group once again among Switzerland’s best employers

We are proud that ITRIS Group has once again been recognised as one of Switzerland’s best employers in 2025! We are particularly pleased with the strong improvement in the overall ranking: with a jump of 26 places, we now rank 51st. In the “Internet, Telecommunications and IT” category, we remain among Switzerland’s top 5 employers.

This award confirms our commitment to an inspiring working environment in which team spirit, appreciation and personal development take centre stage. Our goal remains to continue creating a corporate culture in the future that motivates and supports our employees.

About the study

The annual study by Handelszeitung, in collaboration with Statista, is based on a comprehensive survey of 15,000 employees in Switzerland.
