Merger of ITRIS Informatik AG and ITRIS Enterprise AG into ITRIS One AG

We are pleased to inform you that our two IT service companies, ITRIS Informatik AG and ITRIS Enterprise AG, will merge into ITRIS One AG as of April 1, 2020.

This merger is being carried out due to the strength of both companies and does not involve any job cuts. With more than 130 employees across eight locations, this will create a leading IT company. As the legal successor, ITRIS One AG will assume all rights and obligations arising from existing contracts and agreements of both companies.

As the organisational structure and locations of ITRIS Informatik AG and ITRIS Enterprise AG are almost identical, synergies can be leveraged in particular. In terms of solution and service portfolio as well as customer focus, the two companies complement each other perfectly. The merger is a unique opportunity to continue proven strengths on a new scale and to support you as a customer even more comprehensively. Your contacts will remain unchanged and will continue to be available to you as usual. The management of the new ITRIS One AG will be jointly assumed by Guido Schwendemann and Christian Studer.

In addition, since January 6, 2020, with our new location in Tagelswangen near Effretikon/Winterthur, we are also your personal local contact in this region.
